Sticky Pasta and Seafood – Submitted by Obsessionistxo

Sticky Pasta (or noodles) can serve 1+ people depending on how much you want.

Note: You can switch chicken for seafood such as prawns, salmon chunks or tuna etcetera. Make it your own.

What you'll need:
1. Meat or seafood (depends on your choice)
2. Peppers, mushrooms and onion (either colour)
3. Hoisin sauce. (get at most supermarkets)
4. Pasta or noodles.
5. A wok.

1. Cook the meat/seafood until slightly golden and then add the chopped onion, pepper and mushroom.
2. Boil separately the pasta or noodles and wait til they are boiled and then drain.
3. Add in Hoisin sauce (if the 250ml jar use half) to seafood/meat and vegetables. If it's a small jar then use most likely the whole jar depending on how much pasta/noodles you've used.
4. Add in the noodles/pasta - stir until lightly fried and then serve.

Thank you, Obsessionistxo, for this wonderful recipe!!
